Qi Gong – This is an ancient Chinese sophisticated form of physiotherapy combining slow movement, posture, breathing and awareness. This gentle but powerful exercise heals the body, increases flexibility, immunity and vitality. It clears blockages from the energy centres and channels. I have had a lot of experience teaching this art to people dealing with anxiety, stress and depression.
